We provide studio-ready activewear, Pilates accessories, sample orders, and selected private label customization services for studios, gyms, and small wellness brands.

Sample Orders

Sample orders are provided to help customers review product quality, fabric, fit, color, and overall suitability before placing a bulk or private label order.

Sample orders may not be refundable once shipped, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, please inspect the products upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there is any issue with damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To request support, please contact us with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem.

Private Label and Custom Orders

Private label, logo printing, custom label, hang tag, custom packaging, or other customized orders are made according to confirmed customer requirements.

Once production has been confirmed, customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the products are defective or do not match the confirmed order details.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:

  • Custom logo products
  • Private label products
  • Custom packaging orders
  • Used or washed apparel
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Sample items after shipment, unless defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Quantity affected
  • Delivery date

We will review your request and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or other support depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Please contact us before sending any return. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
